Little, Fierce Beginnings...

Danielle Edmonds (left) and Emma Mueller (right) started Little & Fierce Theatre Company because we believe that all theater, including Shakespeare, should be accessible to the public. We are actresses, educators, and producers of theater, and wanted to create an organization in which we could combine our passions. We wanted to create a channel through which we could make Shakespeare accessible and provide opportunities for ourselves and other emerging female-identifying and gender non-conforming artists to work professionally.
We’ve got big dreams for Little & Fierce, some of which include a Pay-What-You-Can ticketing model for our shows, donation-based workshops for emerging theater artists with a nerdy curiosity for Shakespeare, and eventually bringing our shows on tour to schools and other facilities around NYC!
